Aquino cistern – functionality and ease of use

The Aquino cistern is a practical bathroom fixture designed for installation with a WC bowl in a close-coupled (compact) system.

The Aquino cistern is made of high-quality ABS plastic in a classic white color. This material is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage, moisture, and ease of cleaning. As a result, the cistern maintains its aesthetic appearance over a long period of use and blends well with most sanitary ceramics.

The Aquino model is equipped with a chrome flush button featuring a dual-flush function. The two-function system allows the user to choose the amount of water used during flushing, helping to reduce water consumption and improve the overall efficiency of the sanitary installation. The chrome finish of the button also enhances the modern look of the product and increases its resistance to scratches.

An important structural element of the cistern is the polystyrene insert located inside the casing. It serves an insulating function, reducing the occurrence of condensation on the cistern’s surface. This minimizes the risk of moisture formation and water droplets appearing on the external parts of the installation.

The Aquino cistern is designed for installation directly on a WC bowl. The installation process involves connecting the cistern to the bowl using appropriate mounting elements and seals, ensuring stability and a watertight connection. As shown in the installation diagram, the cistern is placed on the WC bowl and then secured with fixing bolts from underneath, providing a durable and safe connection between the two components.

The design of the cistern also allows easy access to internal components by removing the lid with the flush button. This makes it possible to quickly carry out maintenance or servicing tasks, such as adjusting the mechanism or cleaning internal parts.
