1. What does your company do?
Akces is a manufacturer and distributor specializing in the sale of sanitary and bathroom products.
2. What kind of clients do we serve?
We serve only business customers – companies and sole proprietors. Wholesale sales at Akces do not extend to individual customers, so orders can only be placed by entities with active business activities.
3. How can I take advantage of the offer or place an order?
To take advantage of our offer, simply contact our sales department by phone or email. Our advisors will help you select the right products, prepare a quote, and guide you through the entire ordering process.
4. Can I change the details of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can make changes to your order up to 4 hours after it’s shipped. Please contact our sales department by phone. We’ll let you know if changes can still be accommodated at that stage.
5. How long does implementation take?
Standard order processing time is usually up to 48 hours. The exact time may vary depending on product availability and the specifics of the order.
6. What payment methods are available?
We offer convenient and flexible payment methods: cash on delivery, prepayment, and bank transfer. This allows you to choose the solution best suited to your business needs.
7.Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, we issue a VAT invoice for every order. As of April 1, 2026, all invoices are sent via the National e-Invoice System (KSeF), and a delivery note is included with each delivery. Customers from outside Poland receive their invoice directly with the delivery.
8. How can I file a complaint?
To submit a complaint, please use the available complaint forms and then send the completed document to the following e-mail address: reklamacje@eakces.eu.
9. How long does it take you to respond to messages?
We strive to respond to order-related matters as quickly as possible – usually on the same business day.
